**PLEASE NOTE** Unless you are an active DOTCORNY member, you must send in your vaccination records with every class registration; even if you are taking classes "back to back." Failure to send in your vaccination records may delay your processing your registration. If you are bringing the records with you on the first night of classes, please put a note with your registration form so that the registrar can put you in the class.

I 390 South: Take exit 12A (Lehigh Station Rd). At the light turn RIGHT onto Lehigh Station Rd.
I 390 North: Take exit 12 (Lehigh Station Rd). At light turn LEFT onto Lehigh Station Rd go under the underpass and straight through the next light. Building is on the left hand side, opposite the Super 8 Motel.

Building is white, with blue trim and marked Hydroacoustics.

Class Size

Limited to 6-12 students. Applications are taken on a first-come first-served basis.

If the class you want is FULL, we will notify you.

**If you do not hear otherwise, you are in the class.**

1st Night of Class

Bring your dog and proof of vaccinations (or mail with registration) Have your dog on a buckle collar and a 6 ft. cloth or leather lead.

Dress comfortably for training. Wear sneakers or rubber soled shoes. Observers bring a chair.

All dogs should be on a 6 foot leash. ABSOLUTELY NO FLEXI LEADS ARE ALLOWED IN OR AROUND THE BUILDING. Please keep your dog close to you at all times, do not allow them to wander at the end of the leash or walk up to strange dogs or people.

If your child is accompanying you to class, please bring a babysitter or sufficient items to keep them occupied. At no time are children allowed unattended in the building. We appreciate your cooperation. If your child disrupts other classes or dogs in the building, you may be asked to leave your class to attend to the matter.

Check website or tv/radio for cancellation of classes. Generally if other evening programs in Henrietta are cancelled, we are also closed.
